2The property

The more precisely we can identify it, the faster the Registry can issue the Nota Simple.

Properties in Navarra and the Basque Country use their own cadastral systems, so we review these by hand first. Submit the form and we will email you before anything is charged.
Found on the IBI (council tax) receipt or the Catastro website. Ask the agent if you don’t have it.
With only an address, the Registry may not be able to identify the exact property (finca), especially in buildings with several units. Adding the cadastral reference avoids delays.
Apartment details (if applicable)
Helps us check the seller is the registered owner.
Does the property include a garage or storage room?
A garage or storage room can be registered as a separate property with its own extract and cadastral reference. Add any references you have in the notes below. If a separate extract is needed, we contact you first and nothing extra is charged without your agreement.

3Why you need it

The Property Registry only issues information to people with a legitimate interest, so we pass this on with the request.
Do you already have a recent Nota Simple?
Please upload it in the next step. If it is more than a few weeks old we may recommend a fresh one, as registry entries can change.

4Documents (optional)

PDF, JPG, PNG or WEBP. Up to 10 MB per file, 30 MB in total.

Please don’t upload bank or card details, passports or other identity documents. We only need property documents.
