These terms apply to Finance Consulting Group’s Spanish mortgage advice, application preparation and lender-introduction services.

1. Our Service

Finance Consulting Group helps clients prepare and present Spanish mortgage applications, compare suitable lender options, understand likely documentation requirements and liaise with banks or related professional parties where appropriate.

2. No Mortgage Guarantee

Any indication of affordability, mortgage amount, repayment level, rate or lender appetite is provided for guidance only. A mortgage is not guaranteed unless and until a lender issues a formal approval and the mortgage is completed.

3. Client Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. Lenders may require evidence of income, assets, debts, identity, residence, tax position and source of funds. Missing or inaccurate information may delay or prevent an application.

4. Fees

Where a client fee applies, this will be confirmed separately in writing before it becomes payable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any success-based client fee is payable only if a mortgage or financial product sourced, arranged or negotiated through our service completes.

5. Third Parties

Mortgage decisions are made by lenders. Legal, tax, valuation, notarial, registry, estate agency and banking services are provided by separate third parties. You should take independent legal and tax advice where needed.

6. Data Protection

We process personal and financial information so that we can assess your mortgage position, prepare your application and communicate with lenders and relevant professional parties. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
