Alberto Bertazzi
A Bocconi University graduate with over 22 years in Spanish banking, Alberto founded FCG to give international buyers genuinely independent mortgage advice and personally oversees every client case.
Mike Brady
Mike focuses on Spanish mortgages for expats and non-residents, helping international buyers navigate documentation, lender fit and the practical steps from initial review to completion.
David Jiménez Palomar
David heads FCG's new legal department, bringing over 20 years' experience as a real estate lawyer. A member of the Granada Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados de Granada, Nº 7904), he adds strategic conveyancing and property purchase legal services alongside our mortgage advice.
Registered Mortgage Intermediary
Mortgage credit-intermediation services are provided through Alberto Giovanni Bertazzi Barioli, who is registered with the Banco de España as a mortgage credit intermediary under Law 5/2019. Finance Consulting Group is his registered trading name, not a separately registered entity.
