Questions
Is the call free to reschedule or cancel?
Yes, up to 24 hours before the call: reply to your confirmation email (or write to michael@financeconsultingroup.com) and we'll move it free of charge or refund you in full. Within 24 hours of the call we can't offer a refund, but we'll always try to reschedule if something genuinely unavoidable comes up.
Is this legal advice?
No. Mike advises on the Spanish purchase process from a mortgage and financing perspective. For contracts and title checks you should use an independent Spanish property lawyer, and Mike can tell you what to ask them.
Does the fee count towards a mortgage?
No, the call is a stand-alone paid advisory session. If you later decide to arrange a mortgage through FCG, our fees are explained transparently beforehand — see our regulatory and fee information.
Why is there a charge?
A paid session means Mike's time is reserved for you and is spent on your situation rather than on a sales call. You leave with specific, practical answers.
Which payment methods can I use?
